Replacement Support: We provide below A-C replacement solutions to customers in product issue.
A. If size not match, free send new replacement blind (not contain motor) with new required size. But motor switch (from old roller into new roller) need process by customer-self.
B. If fabric or hardware defect, motor working, free send new replacement blind, hardware (not contain motor) as well.
C. If motor defect, free send new motor for replacement.
Return Policy:
D. Customized products, return apply may only accept for those items ≤14 days after received.
E. This product required a special handling and transportation; any return delivery required a safety package with original packing material, proper shipping labels.
F. We required customer sending us photo proofs to show the return reason, before submit return application to Amazon.
H. Customized products, we need an evaluation on each return request.
G. If return caused by NO proofed proper reason, No quality issue, we may just could accept refund 70% of order, will leave 30% of order, as the partial charge of specific customization, shipping and handling cost.
