1.Q : Are the fingers heated or just the back of the hand?
A : heating covers whole back of hand and fingers till finger tips

2.Q: My hand is 7.9 inch width . I should get the small or medium size ?
A : Suggest to select a bigger size Medium .

3.Q: Are the gloves machine washable ?
A : No ,do not recommend it ,cause machine wash will damage the heating elements . please hand clean it by mild detergent

4.Q: Gloves only heats for about 30 minutes then went off when i first use it.
A: Since mostly batteries did not with full charge ,so please charge it around 4 hours once you get it .
