Details: This book is a very well researched text book. For a language course, it is excellent. Yes, it is written all in Italian, as it is geared towards Italian language students from various language backgrounds. It is best used with a teacher who uses this book as a text book. I speak several languages, and this course is the best I have found on any language. However, it stems from the 1980's, so it contains no computer terms, and, of course, still uses the lire as currency, rather than the euro. The answer key for the exercises is available online from Amazon (that's where I got mine from). I use this book as a textbook to teach Italian, since this is the course I have taken in Perugia from the professors who wrote it. (Amazon customer)
